Policies

1. Rates are subject to change.
2. Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
3. Deposit for first night’s stay is due upon booking. The balance will be charged the day of check-in.
4. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX accepted.
5. 7 day cancellation notice required for deposit refund – No Exceptions.
6. For your convenience, we offer daily housekeeping services by request only, service between 9am and noon. If you require housekeeping service, please let us know before 9am of that day. Any request after 9am will be serviced the next day.
7. No smoking on porches or inside buildings.
8. Check-in: 3pm
9. Check-out: 10am
10. Room rates listed do not include 11% sales and room tax.
11. All rooms accessible by stairs only.
